PHPP calculations

Even though the overall Scandinavian Homes wall design is based on the passive house guidelines, you can only be sure exactly how the house performs by putting it into context (site, climate, shading through buildings and trees, etc).

Many scanhome customers found this very useful as it gives them a very accurate idea of how much energy the house actually needs. This is also good for deciding on the size of a stove for example.

It is also the basic document for the registration as a passive house in the international passive house database and also for the certification at the Passive House Institute.

The cost for this PHPP analysis is a separate charge to the drawings, I can offer this for 695 Euros incl VAT (19%).
