Pricing

This option is used when there is no previous planning permission for the site or also when a site already has planning for a house but the house design is not suitable for various reasons.

This option is used when a planning permission has already been obtained for a house that is similar to the model range and can be converted to a Scandinavian Home. The plans are used for pricing and/or contract.

This option is useful for all houses, but especially if you can still make changes to the design. It works similar to a BER rating but is much more accurate and detailed and in accordance with the Passive House Institute’s guidelines.
