• After successful completion of Bachelor of Architecture (formerly Masters of Architecture), work at structural engineering/architectural firms for 4 years in Hamilton/Te Awamutu, New Zealand
• 2 years freelance work for architectural firm, Southern Brazil
• Since 2005, employment and later freelance work as project architect for Scandinavian Homes Ltd, Ireland
• 2010 obtaining title as ‘Certified Passive House Designer’ from the PHI, Germany
• 2011, obtaining title ‘Energy Consultant’ (‘Energieberater’) through the chamber of craft trades, Munich, Germany
• 2015, obtaining title ‘KfW – Energy Expert’ (‘KfW-Energie-Experte’) – Eligibility to carry out ‘KfW’ state bank’s funding schemes for upgrading houses to higher energy levels in Germany
• 2016, obtaining title ‘BAFA-On-Site-Consultant (‘BAFA-Vor-Ort-Berater’) – Eligibility to carry out state funded energy consultancies in Germany
